Nitrogen charging process:

Open the lid of accumulator, and then the inside of the black cap screw up, screw the nitrogen inflator special tools grip to the largest position (counterclockwise spin to the largest) connection accumulator, special tool connection on the other side high pressure pipe nitrogen bottles (10-12 mpa pressure range), the first special tool handle clockwise rotation, when heard a gas out, observation tools on the pressure gauge, then slowly open the nitrogen bottle handle, observation tools on the pressure gauge, up to 8 mpa can, close the nitrogen bottle handle, nitrogen filled up special tool handles spin spin counterclockwise (to the largest) to the largest position, special tools, complete the charging process

Step 1: open and disconnect the three-wire power supply (380V) of the control box first

Step 2: open the unloading valve on the hydraulic module of the pump station (refer to the operation manual for the position) until the system oil pressure drops to 0 MPa(that is, the pressure gauge is displayed to 0).

The third step: open the lid of accumulator, and then the inside of the black cap screw up, screw the nitrogen inflator special tools grip to the largest position (counterclockwise spin to the largest), connected to the accumulator, the special tool handle clockwise rotation, when heard a gas out, observation tools on the pressure gauge, pressure display values for the pressure of the accumulator, namely should then spin counterclockwise, unload special tools. If the pressure is less than 5MPa, the accumulator needs to be flushed with nitrogen.
